BBC Broadcasting gave some forthcoming religious programmes to mark the Silver Jubilee of Pope John Paul II on Thursday 16 October, which include a Mass for the Beatification of Mother Teresa of Calcutta on Sunday 19 October.
To celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Pope John Paul II, Don Maclean welcomes Archbishop Michael Fitzgerald and Peter Nowak from the Polish Centre in Hammersmith. Peter Nowak was taught theology by Pope John Paul at the University of Lublin in the Seventies.
Nowak talks to Don about his experiences of learning from the Pope and how Polish communities will celebrate this special anniversary.
